Returned Items

We take great care to make sure that the items you order from CherieAustin.com are packaged safely and discreetly. Please make absolutely sure that you check your shopping cart before checkout to insure that all items you’ve ordered appear in your cart and are properly sized and are the color you’ve selected. Regarding items that are damaged during shipping due to carrier mishandling ... in such cases, we will cheerfully accept returns on all unopened merchandise that appear damaged when you receive them, no matter what the item was that was ordered. Just return the item to us and we will replace it FREE! We’ll even pay the return shipping! Simply email us for an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number.

However, once the item has been removed from its container we can only accept returns and credit your account on certain items of clothing and accessories that have not been worn or used, postage prepaid by the customer, subject to the discretion of CherieAustin.com. Please email us with your particular details and state the item you’d like to return and we’ll respond as promptly as we can and make arrangements for return of the item if it is determined that we can accept it. All allowable returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the date the item was received, otherwise all sales are final.

If you receive any of our educational DVD’s that appear to have an apparent defect in them, such as a cracked disc or case, or a disc that skips when played, we will be happy to exchange it for a DVD of like or equal value upon return of the originally ordered DVD, postage prepaid by the customer. We will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement DVD to you.

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any personal items, such as condoms, lubes, breast forms, shoes, wigs, undergarments, BDSM gear or any novelty items. If you need assistance in ordering your items, especially shoes, wigs, prostheses or novelty items, please email us with your concerns prior to purchase. We will have a representative either email you or contact you by phone if you prefer, but only if you list a telephone number with area code and the best time to contact you.
