Shipping & Handling
It is our policy that all orders processed through our website be assessed a fee to cover the costs of discreetly packaging your item and to pay for its delivery to you. We customarily charge state sales tax of 8.25% within the State of Texas. We do not accept international orders.
Costs of shipping depend on whether you want your items delivered by air or ground and are reasonably assessed according to the terms and conditions of the carrier. These items are all shipped depending on item, quantity and size in either boxes or padded envelopes and delivered to you via UPS supplied packaging. The packaging makes no mention of what’s inside, except when required by international customs regulations.
You will receive a tracking number within 48 hours after the item has been shipped. Please email us if you do not receive a number within the allotted time frame.
You will need to sign for the package directly for delivery of your shipment.
